We are very happy to announce that Jason Upchurch has joined the board of The Republican Liberty Caucus of Colorado as our Vice-Chairman.
Jason comes to us from the Monument area of El Paso County. He is a husband of 13 years, father of 3, and dedicated supporter of liberty. Jason has served in government at the city, county, and federal levels; first as a police officer, then deputy sheriff, and lastly as section chief in the world’s largest computer crime center. Jason’s fight for liberty began in earnest with his oath to uphold the Constitution as a police officer, which has lead him to fight for liberty from both inside and outside service in government.
Before moving back to Colorado in 2009, Jason served as a precinct leader in the Maryland Campaign for Liberty and was an early member of the Maryland Republican Liberty Caucus. Since returning to Colorado, Jason has taken leadership roles in several pro liberty candidate’s campaigns at both the local and national level.
This is a great step forward for the Republican Liberty Caucus of Colorado. We have been looking forward to extending the geographic reach of the RLCCO. We know that Jason, in his role as Vice-Chairman will be a strong asset in developing our chapter. Welcome Jason!
